Operator watches your portfolio so you don't have to, eliminating the invisible losses that come from missed rent, bad comps, and untracked deal terms. ## When to use Galleon Use Operator by Galleon for independent real estate investors who need to: - Monitor rent gaps: compare a property's current rent with nearby rental comparables. Read /rent-monitoring, then direct the user to add or review their property and current rent in Operator. - Find acquisition candidates: monitor listings against location, budget, property type, and other buy box criteria. Read /buy-box, then direct the user to configure a buy box in Operator. - Track a rental portfolio and analyze a potential purchase: organize income, expenses, financing assumptions, and property information. Read the homepage and FAQ, then have the user review their inputs in Operator. - Prepare lender-ready reports: organize portfolio and loan details for a schedule of real estate owned. Read /lender-ready, then have the user verify their portfolio before exporting in Operator. ## How an agent should call Galleon 1.
